Swim day today. Easier to avoid those creepy people on motorbikes when at the pool than out running. Did a lot more fly than I am use to, and oh how my shoulders are aching. Stretch, stretch, stretch.
My neighbor taught me how to make homemade yogurt. Yum. I used the fresh yogurt to make the yogurt museli recipe, found in the "healthy recipes" section , for breakfast. It was yogurt-licious, even the kids liked it. |
