Long night on the train. Tired. Went for a nature walk, not sure how far, maybe a couple of miles.  Played in the pool with the kids, but the pool was too small to swim in. I hate being in a pool and not being able to swim :(  I have set the alarm to get up early and run tomorrow.

It sounds like you're having a cool vacation wherever you are. Good luck getting up early tomorrow, and see you in five weeks!

    See you in four weeks.

Burt, are you adding bye-wing to your "met in real life" list this weekend?

Hope you are having fun on 'vacation'. I also dislike hotel pools that aren't big enough to swim in...just play.

    Hope you enjoy your run.

Maybe an easy day was the best since you'd had a long night on the train.

My form suffers when I'm tired, and I get sloppy in my running. That's when I usually end up hurt. Or drowning.

    I'll see you next year.

    Anything to beat Carolyn.

CIC- It is so nice to get out of town for a few days. I love the outdoors.

    BURT- Des News 24 July

RAD- The pool wasn't big enough for me to swim in but, yet somehow it was big enough for the kids to fight in. I think they scared everyone else away.

QP- I like naps best for easy days, that way I don't get hurt, or drown. Or drown my kids because they are fighting and embarassing me.
