    I got voted off the island, the kids all wanted to go to the mall istead of going on another hike. :(  Where did I go wrong?

    I did a 5k run on the treadmill. It was my first time to run on a treadmill in several months. Why does a 5k on the treadmill seem easier than 3.5k outside?

    I don't know. I always think that a treadmill feels harder than outside. Maybe that's why I never run on a treadmill.

    I would have chosen the hike over the mall.

    Cat on the run - it is easier, set your treadmill at 1% incline. good work.
