I accomplished the running and bike distance that I wanted to this year.  I've just been running, biking and swimming for fun the last few weeks. Beacuse of my hip, I have decided to hold off on speedwork for  awhile. I  am trying to figure out what goals I want to set for next year. Doing my PT more regularly to help my hip needs to be on the top of my list.

Physical therapy is such a good thing to do, but I never get that feeling of accomplishment from it that I do when I run/bike. Which is why I usually don't follow through with it like I should.

It's good if you can stick to it and get your hip strong for all your new goals.

Cat, goals seem to help motivate, hope the hip gets better, you have had a very good training year.

I think you should start by putting in for the Spudman lottery that opens in January! You know you want to! :)

Been at the beach, no goals worked out yet. Need to get back into a routine and focus again... Heading out of town again for a few days but will be back on the bandwagon by the 14 Jan.

Cat, has it been a beach? Hope the hip feels better and you can chase those goals this year.
