Friday-Boot camp. What is hard on Friday, hurts on Saturday.
Sturday- 10k run. Woke up sore from boot camp, but was committed to running because I had friend waiting for me. Ran a good pace the first 8k, then she left for an appointment and I really had to force myself to run, and not walk, the last 2k. My legs were so sore, but I did it. Glad I have my "long" run out of the way. Better do some stretchinig today. I think my long runs would be more effective if I remembered to rearrange my schedule and have a rest day before my long run day. I also haven't started to increase my distance past 10k , and need to figure out a plan to do that.
