Austin's (work friend) Memory Grove loop at lunch (3.2). He kicked my trash, finishing about 45 seconds before me on the way up and a minute before me on the way down. He does the loop almost every day in the heat, though, so I'm okay with him being faster than me. After work - went to the gym with Eric for 2.8 more miles on the treadmill. You know what I don't get? People who make noises when they're lifting weights. I probably just don't understand because I've never really done it, but it seems like if you have to make noise to get the dumbbell off the rack, maybe it's too heavy for you. So maybe what seems annoying, gross, and tacky to me is actually an important part of getting buff.
