Ran thousands today. Ran four of them. My times were 4:18, second one I'm not very sure but it's probably around the same, 4:07, and 4:21. I had a really good run! My third time was probably the fastest I've ever done that. On the second one I really kicked it into second gear and stuck with Megan and Liz. I couldn't believe it at first. That was the first time I was so mentally tough that I really believed I could do it and I did. Harts warm/cool. Weights after.
