Ran thousands today. 4x1000 with hearts warm/cool. I think my goal was 4:56.  My times were 4:08, 4:16, 4:26, and I think 4:34.  I wasn't consistant at all.  My first was really good but I didn't do as good as I wanted to.  It was hard with no one pushing me to do better.  My run was not good today.

Mile time trial!  DI warm/cool. I'm proud of my time.  I got like 6:38.5.   It's about 30 seconds faster than my last time.  Afterwards I felt like I could have ran a little faster.  A good run.

Ran 10x200m.  Harts warm/cool. It was different but good.  I think I did really great.  Good run.  Weights after.
