AM - 2.5 miles. 20 min easy. Another nice shake out. My legs felt pretty sore from yesterday.
PM - 6.5 miles. Region. Goal coming in was to run my best and help my team go win. Neither of thise happened and it turned out being a crappy race. It was slower than my time at Dixie All-Comers. I got out right where I wanted to but once DH made their usual move I didn't go with it and that's where my race went down the toilet. I need to work on sticking in there for a little longer next time.
AM - 4 miles. 5xWave Hills. Pretty fun and easy workout. I pushed very hard up the hills and I felt pretty good. The grass was wet so quite a few people went sliding.
AM - 4 miles. MasterBlasters. This was super tough for me. My legs felt tired to begin with so I really couldn't get moving like I should have. It was fun though.
PM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Got together with some of team and we ran up Mustang Pass. I felt pretty sore but we kept it easy.
PM - 5 miles. 40 min easy. Ran with Jake, Josie, and Ellie out into the desert by Jake's house. Super fun run and it wasn't super fast becuase we were running with the girls.
