Woke up and did not want to run, but finally got around to it at 9:30 or so. Not a good run back home in Saint George. I originally set out to run 4-5 miles, but my ankle started to hurt and I had to take a turn and cut it back to 3. I had to push myself just to finish a measly 3 miles.. This is not how I should be running right now; it's so disappointing. I'm going to play soccer tomorrow, and will run for a mile or two to warm-up. Hopefully I will be able to play well.
