Eight-ish today. I found out that my all of my roommate's brothers are runners, so I made him come out with me for half an hour. I let him set the pace, and we went at about 10 min/mile. I had to speed up at the end to make it to class on time, and then set my own pace for the next 5 miles or so. I averaged about 7:30 pace, and felt pretty good for the majority of my run. The hill going t up 9th East kills me everytime though.

Worked out lower body in my weight training class afterwards.  Not fun to lift directly following running.

My FHE family played capture the flag tonight. It was tons of fun, and I got some sprinting work in. Ha ha, I never get picked first in games, but I did after everybody saw me running/sprinting around. That made me feel good. We won the first game, but lost the second. Threw on half a mile of easy and half a mile of VO2 max.

It snowed this morning! Other than that, today was a bummer. I got almost an hour of running in, but only 6.5 miles. 8:55 average pace. I don't know what was up, but my body refused to move any faster. Hopefully I can rebound tomorrow and get some good miles in.

Did not feel too good today. I went after my classes at 11:30 or so. Just 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back.  Averaged 8:14, and kept somewhat close to that for most of the run, which is good, but not as fast as I want to be. Hopefully runs will get easier as I get back into the groove of things.

I'm going home tomorrow night so I'm planning on pulling off a night time run in Saint George w00t!
