Short recovery run. I was feeling more tired than usual today, and just wandered around the suburbs east of campus. 8:23 min/mile pace which is fine for today. I had to run a mile around the track at my "regular" pace for one of my classes. Yeah. I got bored and sped up to a bit faster pace for my second lap. Came in around 7:12 with 6.66 miles. Jogged back to my dorm and ended with 6.81 DS Trainer 13 - 56.86 |
