Rest again today. It's going to be hard to get my body up out of bed at 5 again next week. Cold too. I've been reading Daniels' Running Formula and I'll try to have a very good, specific training program prepared by the time I feel like actually training again. I'm going to "jog" 5-6 miles tomorrow morning. I would say I'm at 90% today, and hope to be back up to 100% by then. Just a little soreness left.
