Noon - Nice run on the Parkway. A bit cool and some really light snow flakes, but not too bad with long sleeves, hat, and gloves. 7 miles @ 8:03 avg.

AM - Up & down Provo Canyon on the trail and some on University Avenue.
17.70 miles @ 8:02 overall avg. Very frigid for part of the time.
