AM - abbreviated Cove loop run w/D (had an appt. to get to) - 3.6 miles @ 9:20 avg
Late PM - treadmill - 4.5 miles @ 8:05 avg
AM - Herriman loop run with Rachel and Lucy. Pretty darn nice running conditions - cool and sunny. 5.01 miles @ 9:09 avg pace.
Afternoon -0.4 w/D
Late PM - 4.6 on the TM
Mid-week doldrums. quick workout at lunch - 4.2 miles including 3 @ 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 mph
then donated blood.
Inclined walking at 12% in the late PM.
Easy miles on the Parkway without a watch. Breezy & light rain. 7.5 miles
Slow and strained treadmill miles. But seven is better than zero.
