I love your goal!!!! I've found that when I'm asleep I don't eat, thus going to bed early to get up for an early morning workout really helps me ;) Is that cheating!?!

From Calvin on Thu, Feb 18, 2010 at 16:04:17 from 66.133.117.3

Not cheating at all, it sounds like a great strategy. One of my problems is that I enjoy staying up late, so then I need to extend my will power for extra hours each night.

You started a new blog??? I was confused for a minute!

I have been running the nine miles with the group, then doing some on my own outside or at the gym. If they will not let you back on the list, let me know and I will forward it. We MAY be running here next week, I will let you know!

How are ya?

I was going to invite you over for pizza and dessert. :)

GREAT GOAL! I think I'm good with no eating after 10 pm! :)

NICE run! Wanna join us for Sat. run? 8am at the Lehi JRP!

Kelli - definitely let me know if you guys will be in Herriman, ok?

Paul - pizza and dessert sounds awesome! i've rarely passed that up.

Smooth - Saturday sounds like fun. How far is everyone running?

From Kelli on Thu, Feb 18, 2010 at 19:33:14 from 71.219.89.82

I will for sure. I am hoping they will finally come out here again, I deserve to sleep in for 20 more minutes!

Cal ~ I think most are doing between 16-18. The north end of the trail (from the parking area to the Utah Veteran's Memorial Park & back) is 10-10.5 miles round trip. The south end of the trail (from parking to the trail closure & back) is 8 miles round trip. So you can easily configure how much you want to run.

Nice run Cal! Glad to see you back!
