This was a brick workout. I swam 100 yds for a warmup, did a 1400 yds until 5 minutes before cycling class, jumped out of the pool and practiced transitioning. In cycling we started with a cardio lung/leg workout and were on the bikes alternating climbing and sprinting with short rests between. Overall the swim took about 26 minutes, the cardio lasted 15 minutes, and the bike lasted 45 minutes. |
