Personal:

I go to TCU and am a member of the TriFrogs team here. I just started training for triathlons in August 2010. I ran track throughout high school, but always hated long distance until this summer. Something inside me snapped and I found out that I love it! Unfortunately, I got a stress fracture due to overtraining for a half marathon I was aiming to do in December, but I should be back on my feet soon! In the meantime, I've significantly improved in the biking and swimming! Stay tuned to watch me grow!

I had to make up my own cycling workout today because class was cancelled for bad weather day. I ended up using one from Spinervals. It was a 50 minute workout with 6x20 intervals of speed, grinders, and climbs. It also included a 3x4 minute tempo work.

Welcome to the blog. Seems like you're already a pretty solid athlete. You'll dig this place.

And by the way, you win for best profile pic on the blog.

Thanks! My dad told me about it and I love it so far! I'm trying to update my blog so that it has all my info from this year. I'd love input on how to get better!

Yeah, I'm a theatre major so, weirdness is inevitable!

Callie,

Have you figured out how to put someone on your watch list? It took me a while to figure it out...go to the "Find Blogs" type in part of the name, then you will have the option to add them to your watch list. Oh yeah, you're in college and smart...you probably already figured this out.
