I did cycling class this morning for 50 minutes and then a mini abs session afterward. I was still feeling a little tired and didn't get to the cadence I would have liked. I go later this morning to physical therapy and will be getting my orthotics. The doctor said I should be able to run once I get those in, so let's cross our fingers.
