First day back! I felt great and didn't want to stop after what felt like a measly half a mile. But hey, everybody has to start somewhere! I was supposed to "jog" it, but my watch said at the end I was running a 7:49 pace. Well, guess that's my jog! Anyway, I'm sure distance will slow me down as I progress past the baby steps. Feels great to be back again though! Went to the gym and got on the elliptical. I only did 2 miles because my legs were tired. Did a 6:30ppm. Lifted weights for an hour afterward. |
