I got up earlier than usual this morning because my daughter was going camping with one of her friends.  I only had time for three.  So I made it a good three.

Time - 22:51 (avg. pace 7:37)

Splits - 7:54, 7:45, 7:12

Sad news.  One of the participants of the Las Vegas Ragnar Relay was struck and killed by a drunk driver over the weekend.  More details here.

Good quick three miles. Just read the letter from Ragnar concerning the death at the Las Vegas Ragnar. Terrible news for that poor family and team. Thanks for the link.

Sam - I know. Did you see that I posted right after you of FB?

Lyman - Thanks. Hope you get over that chest cold soon. Or upper respitory infection. Or whatever. :)

So sad about the Ragnar runner.

Just read your post on my race report of last week. I am sure that the GUs were the cause - lol!
