BEFORE THEY WERE FAMOUS

Today I decided to post some of my pictures that I've found of fellow bloggers before I knew they were bloggers.  Featured are JamesW and Kerry.

This was the 2008 London's Run Half Marathon in Queen Creek.  I wasn't even a blogger yet.  But James has been a blogger since 2006.  I now live in Queen Creek, but back then I lived in Mesa.

In this picture is new blogger Kerry Herbine.  I haven't ever met him, and this was as close to him in the race as I was.  This was the 2009 KRMC Route 66 Race for Hospice 10k in Kingman, and he beat me by almost four minutes.

***************************************************************************************************

Today's run was uneventful.  I went slow because my legs felt kind of tight.

Time - 26:24 (avg. pace 8:48)

Splits - 8:52, 8:45, 8:47

Temp - 43 (BRRRR!!!!)  Just kidding!

Burt - God you remind me of my younger brother - that is too funny! I am honored to be a part of your quirky, witty world...

From Lyns on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 11:17:01 from 75.162.196.36

Kerry's Best friend has got some muscles popping out of his legs! Wow!

From Burt on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 11:54:57 from 12.231.112.98

Kerry - Welcome aboard. I promise it will be a wild ride.

Lyns - I know. His muscles just add to his funny lookingness.

From Rhett on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 13:03:43 from 74.41.249.102

Burt, you never fail to impress. As usually I'm laughing pretty hard.

What a great welcome to the blog for Kerry. He should be honored.

From TBarlow on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 15:17:11 from 216.194.124.36

Love it Burt!

Note to self: never run a race with Burt - he will put discriminating pictures up on his blog.

From Burt on Wed, Dec 09, 2009 at 15:25:51 from 12.231.112.98

Rhett - I thought you might like the little blurb about you in there.

Toby - you don't know the half of it. Unless you've scrolled back through my blog and saw all the discriminating pictures I've posted over the last year and a half. :)

ahhh I love pictures. every blog should have a picture added at least once a week.

From Burt on Thu, Dec 10, 2009 at 23:36:38 from 98.177.216.165

Yes Merri. Everybody should...wait. Do you hear that noise? That's the sound of my fingers tapping on the desk as I wait impatiently for you to add one.

From Merri on Fri, Dec 11, 2009 at 10:24:41 from 67.199.179.247

I'll see if I can dig up some good ones of the few famous people i know...

From JD on Fri, Dec 11, 2009 at 12:47:16 from 70.96.78.157

Great pics. In the first photo, you look like you're giving the guy in front of you a spanking!

From Burt on Fri, Dec 11, 2009 at 12:50:52 from 12.231.112.98

JD - I haven't slapped someone's butt since my basketball days. And I did find another picture with me and Kerry, but I dare not post it, for fear of what you might think is going on. (Note to self: Don't leave things up to JD's imagination.)

From JD on Fri, Dec 11, 2009 at 16:03:17 from 70.96.78.157

I call it as I see it, except I hold back a little on FRB so as to keep things in a family friendly light. Now let's see that other photo. I promise to keep my imagination to myself!
