2.5 hours on the bike and I was really tired. Bill and I went up Morgan Territory and by the time we got home I was really spent. Thats what happens when you are out of shape I guess.

Same short loop. Gotta start small and work my way back into it but I'm getting more confident about signing up for the half ant Phoenix and perhaps Boston next year.
