Had to break this into two runs and it was questionably 16 but there you go.
Long warmup, 5 x 5 min with 2 min rest, and a long cool down. My legs felt fine but I had some stomach problems.
Just mileage. Felt pretty good but my usual route on the creek is under construction ... I'm really worried they might pave it!!
Warmup and then 3 x 9 min with 2 min recovery. I got interrupted by the trail being closed and had to hop a fence. Also I ran the start of the last interval too hard and paid the price a bit near the end.
Ultimate frisbee with the track kids and then easy mileage. Felt really good on the run even after spending too much on my workout yesterday.
Morning run with the cross team. This was their last summer practice ... man that went by FAST!
