One golf course loop. Getting ready for Boston.
Wow the wind was ROUGH!! Still 6 miles isn't so much so no problems.
A few short miles to keep the legs moving.
I'm trying not to completely sacrifice my fitness level just for Boston so I ran a pretty nice run today. From here on out its going to have to be nice and easy though.

Four quick miles out in the wind. Legs felt good, knees felt good, hip felt OK, foot felt reasonable .... I'm ready.
