Last run of any real length before Boston. Felt pretty good even if a little bit tired.
No work today so I ran with the distance kids.
8 x 7 min ... what a workout!! I wasn't sure I was make it through that one but I did. It definitely feels good to have that one behind me.
Recovery run. I was not sore but definitely tired.
Warm up, 3 x 12 minutes, cool down. A great workout even though my legs felt really tired to start off.
Recovery on the creek. Legs were tired but not at all sore.
Slow on the creek.
