Short-Term Running Goals:

I would defintely like to run at Boston. Ideally, my goal is to run the marathon in under 3 hours. Here is what I would like to break in each distance this year...

1/2: 1:20

10K: 38:00 34:00

5K 18:00

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be in the 20 year club at the St George marathon. If I could win a few shorter races in between, that would be great.

Personal:

I am married with 4 kids. Life is busy and running is my escape. I love it...

Ran up to the store this afternoon to meet up with the club. It was overcast and somewhat cool all day until I got out to run and then the sun came right out. We had at least 10 to 12 guys as some of the high schoolers were out with us. Ran the parkway loop about 8.15 miles then back home. Good run with some good company. Felt good to be out with the guys again.
