Short-Term Running Goals:

I would defintely like to run at Boston. Ideally, my goal is to run the marathon in under 3 hours. Here is what I would like to break in each distance this year...

Marathon: 3:00

1/2: 1:20

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be in the 20 year club at the St George marathon. If I could win a few shorter races in between, that would be great.

Race felt great today. First 10 miles were all right on to break 1:25. Last 3 I fell of to 6:40-6:45 pace. Couldn't make it up at the end. But I was very pleased with the race overall and feel very good about my time. Really wish I would have pushed a little harder to break 1:26 but oh well... This is my 2nd 1/2. First one was at Bryce last summer and I got 1:32 so very much improved...

Thanks for the support Burt and Bill. Be patient with that injury Bill. You'll be back soon.

Gratz on a great PR. I would think that course is harder then Bryce so you have improved alot. Great job.

Good race Nate. You barley missed your goal and got a big PR on a harder course. Keep up the good work and your marathon PR will ROCK!

Sorry I missed you this morning. We've had company all weekend and I wasn't sure what my plans were going to be this morning.

Great job on the race.

You are going to crush out the marathon this year - keep consistent.
