I want to be in the 20 year club at the St George marathon. If I could win a few shorter races in between, that would be great.

Got up early again for a run but still felt tight in the back of my leg. Not bad but didn't want to risk it so I opted to not run. Took my running gear to work with me in case I got time and was feeling better. After work the car wouldn't start so I put on my running gear and ran home. The leg felt great after about 4 miles so I decided to try some tempo to see how it felt. Got about .3 miles and could just barely notice it so I backed off and took it easy the last bit. I think I just overextended my knee at some point during my run the other day and it wont bother me too much I hope. Gotta stay healthy this spring and try to get a marathon in to see where I'm at...

Nate we are putting together a team for the lake to lake relay. Steve is going to sponsor one team. Anyway, we were thinking of you, me, James Holt, Bill Campbell, and Hayden. Steve doesn't want to do it, and I don't think Dave was very interested either. Logan is busy, and Clyde probably doesn't want to push it with his leg injury. So let us know what you are thinking and what legs you would want to run.

I would definitely like to do it. I will run whatever legs, just let me know.
