Some easy miles this morning over to green springs and then up to powerline and down into Middleton. The fog covering the valley coming in to Middleton was amazing. The only house you could see was the Stouts up on top of the black ridge northwest of middleton. It felt like I was out in the middle of nowhere. I wish I had a camera...

Felt pretty good today but had a little pain at the back of my right knee which spread into my lower leg and foot. wasn't too bad and it went away after a bit. It feels kind of like I over extened my leg and stressed the muscles or ligaments running from my hamstring to my calf. Might not run this afternoon. Maybe 4 or 5 to try and loosen it up...

Take it easy on it and listen to your body. It seems like this stage your at(60 miles per week) is about where everyone starts to get injured.

Good job Nate. Don't get injured- it will never end after you do.

I always wish I had a camera while running out there. Sunrises are amazing.
