I want to be in the 20 year club at the St George marathon. If I could win a few shorter races in between, that would be great.

Easy run out to powerline trail then over to millcreek and up to mustang pass. Ran mustang pass back down to powerline and then down to green springs dr and home on middleton dr. I was planning on running powerline to millcreek then down to washington main st and home by firehouse on north side of freeway but decided to try mustang pass out instead. It was a great run up through the trails and other than wondering if coyotes were going to come eat me I had a great time.

Thought running home on the road through green springs would be a good idea but I wont do that again. The trails are so much easier on the legs...

Was it muddy? I stuck to the paved trails today.

how was the Dam to Dam. Were there very many people there?

It was a great run today Bill, no mud at all but I saw a bunch of deer and coyote tracks from the soggy ground the last few days...

Dam 2 Dam was great. Prob 250 people there, but not sure. Weather was absolutely awesome as well. Felt very good Saturday and today too. I am excited to go for 55-60 this week.
