No run today. Sometimes being 100% in the day means staying home and helping with the pinewood derby car. Legs pretty fatigued from yesterday, another nutty long work day, gotta get a big one on the books tomorrow.

Ya Malans...I tried everything running, power hike, shuffle, slow jog, shuffle seemed to put the least amount of pressure on me - on the steep parts. Snow slushy mess up high a couple spots - I had to grab on some trees. Other than that - pretty dang sweet.

I was wondering what your slogan meant...is that a variation way of expressing living in the moment?

Aaron, Ya it's like that, but I try not make it a flakey hippy kinda way, more like have a plan and a goal, but take what the day gives and make the most of it. I get caught up sometimes in pushing myself too much like "last time I did this run I felt faster or better what's my problem today?" or "I should be able to get all this done today" some days I got it and some you dont. Helps me keep perpective in my business and home life too. Though my new/additonal mantra is "you're stronger than you think you are, so dont be a wus" to keep me from being lazy. Thanks for the positive comments.
