Easy 5 tonight. took it nice and slow with the dog. Ran some, hiked some, stopped to let the dog play in the creek alot. 1100 vert. Dog says it's too hot.

oh for a sec I thought you were talking about the hairdog, he likes to play in the creek a lot too! nice running lately, I am doing that skyline trail run in a month, any tips for those trails?

Tips for Skyline, save a little juice for the climb back up South Skyline toward Lewis, it's a steep bugger, get ready to let 'em fly on the way down to wind surfer beach, it's nice and mellow and pretty buffed out. That race sounds really tough, is any if the Bro's in?
