Easy 4 or so on the bench. Always amazes me that as much as I run up there, I can still put together a unique route on the spaghetti bowl of trails.

Just wondering what the die hard ultra trail runners do when winter hits....I guess nothing different! You are gonna need some snow shoes soon.

Yes Kelli, it's pretty much same-o-same-0, all winter long, avoid the roads at all costs :). Maybe it's addicting? After Saturady, you better be careful, it's a slippery slope to the dark side of trail running. :)

Believe me, I am already addicted. I loved it. However, it was an easy trail. Not sure about this stuff you guys do---climbing mountains and such! And in the mud and slush and snow...that has got to take MUCH practice.
