Very very easy 5 miles on the treadmill at lunch today.  After so many miles on Sat. and Sun. wanted to do something to keep the blood flowing.  I may try to get in another 3-5 easy miles this afternoon but will have to listen to my body and play it by ear. 

Did not lift (again) today.  Jake was fighting a cold and just wanted to do something aerobic which worked fine for me.
