Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

With Ana. Last big week before Taper.... I can not believe it is already that time!!!! I am getting excited. We have 48 miles this week.

I have been eating not so good. I need to crack down these next few weeks. I still want to try to be at 125 for race day.

Wanted to do last 4 miles at marathon pace. Did them a bit faster.                                

Splits 8:02, 7:37, 7:38, 7:21

Last mile was hard but I did it.
