Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

4x1600 repeats.

6:55, 7:03, 7:23 (big up hill), 7:09

I wish the repeats would have all been within 5 sec. of each other I did the first two too fast and that ruined me for the rest of the workout.

My weight is coming down. I am so happy. Still hoping for 125 for race day. Hoping it will bring my marathon time down.

It's DONE and it was AWESOME! I chewed it up and spit it out!

Seriously one of the best training runs I have had for that distance.

My last mile split time was 8:06!!!

It was super hot today. 75 at 5 AM and when we finished it was over 90. We hydrated really well and we ran a trail with lots of trees so we had lots of shade.

SO HAPPY!
