Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Felt great!!!! I am surprised how quickly it is all coming back. I still need to take my comfortable pace down a bit but I am surprised to have gotten to 9 so easily. Gotta love that muscle memory.

I felt pretty sluggish today. Still got in 12 on my own.

Running at an easy pace has been pretty nice. I think I will start adding in speed work after Ragnar. My pace also seems to be naturally coming down as I continue to lose the baby weight. 7 more lbs. to go. :) I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. It has not been easy to lose weight while nursing my little one.
