Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Decided to do a Yasso workout tonight with Jackie and Amy.

4x800 splits 3:01, 3:07, 3:07, 3:03

We ran over to the high school track and there was Fball practice going on so we hopped on the track. Jackie was freaking out and thought we were going to get thrown off the track. :)

The third was the hardest for me. I didn't think I could do the 4th. My watch was acting up so I turned it off and ran naked the 4th one. Jackie had a watch and I let her keep track for the both of us. It didn't feel as hard as 2 & 3 and turned out to be slightly faster. :)

I did Jillian's killer buns and thighs last night till 10 PM... this mornings run did not feel easy.

My legs are super tired.

Ran with Jackie and Amy. Nice conversational pace till last two miles. Picked it up and ran the last two at a bit faster than anticipated marathon pace for Deseret News. We were still able to talk a bit at this pace.

Jackie wore my watch and we ran by feel. She is better at not constantly watching the watch.

Splits 8:43, 8:51, 8:32, 8:26, 8:47, 8:16, 8:24, (slowed at bit for the next few miles to hang with Amy) 8:52, 8:46, 8:47, 8:41, 8:34, (last two marathon pace miles) 7:12, 7:16 

Felt really great overall.
