5 miles this morning down into hell's hole. We did 5x10 sec bounders and
5x10 sec hill sprints. It was pretty funny at first when we did the bounders a lot of the girls were skipping. :) haha We finally figured it out though. Running up the hill was killer. I walked up a lot of it. After that the run back was pretty nice. It feels so good after finishing a run like that. Ran 3 miles and did weights this afternoon. I think I'm getting buffer!! :D
