Sunny, 73 F and winds gusting out of the SW @ 16 miles per hour. 12.25 miles at a slow pace of 8.05 minutes per mile...1 hr, 39 minutes. Legs were tired today....probably from the medium long run and the aqua jogging yesterday. Gym workout.... Stength training...shoulders and legs Pool...10 laps of front crawl 40 laps of aqua jogging.
