A.M......Tread Mill......ran a recovery run of 6.25 miles at an easy pace of 8.10 minutes....legs were sore....not used to the ascending and descending on the mountain hikes! Strength training at the gym......arms and abs. Afternoon.....4 mile hike up Little Si....2 miles up and 2 miles down....same hike as yesterday....hope my legs feel ok tomorrow....cannot resist a hike today....another warm and sunny day here. |
