TM.....Rain all day today and I did not feel like dealing with the boredom of a 10 mile steady pace run on the tread mill, so I ran 6 repeats of 1 mile each @ 7.30 minute pace, then 6 repeats of .50 miles @ 6.50 minute pace with about 1 minute rest in between repeats and .25 mile cool down.....total distance of 10 .35 miles. Strength training at the gym......back.
