27 miles on the Elliptical that is. I just wanted to get some time on my feet. Going to try running next week, hopefully my ITB injury has healed up. It wasnt too bad to begin with compared to other people's injuries so hopefully I'll be good to go. I've done everything i can find online to try and get it healed. I bought a knee brace, an ITB brace, Hammer Nutrition Tissue Rejuvenator, i started ITB stretches, hip strengthening exercises and the foam roller.
Now I just have to hope that all the time I put in on my bike, swimming and elliptical will transfer over to running so I can do well during the marathon in 5 weeks. |
