I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| I walked a half mile, jogged a mile in 10:45, and then walked another half mile. Then I rode the bike for 15 minutes and then did some calf raises and toe taps. My shins are still hurting really bad. I've been taking ibuprofen to help, I'm hoping they will stop hurting soon.

| I ran 1.75 miles in 20 min and then walked .25 in 5 minutes, so it took 25 min total. Then I rode the bike for 20 minutes, and then did weights for my calves and shins. My shins are still really hurting so I've been taking ibuprofen for it.

| I ran 2 miles in 22:34 and then walked a quarter mile to cool down. Then I rode the bike for 18 minutes. Then I lifted weights for my calves and shins, and then used a few of the machines for my stomach and back. My shins are still hurting quite a bit.

| Today I went 2.75 miles in 42:20. I walked for 3 minutes, and then jogged for 3 minutes till I got to 2.75. My shins hurt but not too bad. Then I lifted wieghts for my arms, shins, and calves.
