I think it was longer than 4 miles -- maybe even 4.5 (big difference ;-)). Then I came home and worked and later in the afternoon went down the to Y and did ~65` of water running and abs. I wore my new compression sleeves today, really helped keep the swelling down, since I did not really walk around much, I can't tell if it helped the pain or not.
So very happy for MichelleL!! 2:47:09 on a non-aided course bodes very well for her upcoming year and bid for an OTQ! Looking forward to hearing about Auntieem and April's race tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening.
