85` of pool running, 60` with Dean and another 25 just me and my mp3. My feet hurt really bad. I guess I wasn't supposed to just jump into using my orthotics. John told me to wear them to work/home for 2 weeks (no barefeet for me he said) and then try 10` for running and build up. He said 2 weeks is generally how long it takes, but it might take 3 for me since I have such huge blisters from them now. hmmmm, who knew? ;-) I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend so far!!
