5K: 21:26 (2005)

4 mile: 28:10 (2005)

10K: 43:33 (2010)

10 mile: 1:13:35 (2009) (1:12:15 split in 1/2 marathon, 2011)

1/2 marathon: 1:34:31 (2011)

marathon: 3:19:15 (2013)

Short-Term Running Goals:

3:20 marathon - Eugene Marathon, April 28, 2013 (can I say I really want a sub 3:20? but I will be happy with 3:20-3:23) -- whoohoo!

Some good intermediate races 15K - 1/2 marathon, to gauge my fitness level (done this, hit a 1:34:35 1/2 marathon in March 2013, on a hilly course)

Going after my 10 mile PR in Fall 2013

Maybe some good 10K races after the infernal Arizona summer is over!

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be one of those runners who is still running in their 80s (or 90s?).  You know the ones, who look all grisley and fit?  That is what I would like!  Until then, I just want to work hard and be as fast as I can, for as long as I can.

1:03:24 ... I am tired.  Too many long days, staying out to late and getting up too early!  It is nice to see so many old friends in one place, but I am ready to get home today.

I ran 2 easy loops around the Arboretum.  Legs feel fine, but my mind is tired.

My talk went about as expected - it was obvious I had not spent enough time on it ... I am sure it will get better then next couple of times I give it ;-).

Happy Wednesday bloggers.

Bonnie, traveling and running is hard to coordinate. Hey, I ran 7 miles on the wood chip trail at liberty park yesterday. Slow pace, but, did it. If you are in for an easy run, next tuesday, 5 a.m., for 6 or 7 loops. I will need to run on the wood chips. You can also meet my running buddy Colleen. She is 59 and tough as nails, won her division at St.George marathon the last two years.

Stay Kool, let me know, B of BS Rools out

Hi Brent! I did notice you were able to run 7 miles, I was SOOOO happy (I just did not have time to send you a message). I am in for Tuesday. I would love to meet Colleen, and I am just so happy that we can run together!

I would prefer 6, but for you (and Colleen) I will meet whenever you need to!
