Ran an easy 8 miler on Wasatch. The legs are SORE after the 10k. I can't remember the last time I was this sore. Then again, I can't remember the last time I ran a course with that many hills when i was so unprepared to run hills.

Needless to say, I will have to build into this week.

That makes me feel better about my own soreness. I'll be building into the week as well.

My wife told me that I looked like 90 year old arthritic tin man with rusty joints. am starting to have doubts about going out to the oval tomorrow night for my first speed workout in 3 months.
