My husband slyly turned the alarm off last night so that I would sleep in. I know he does this out of concern because I haven't been feeling well, but it made me feel like I am running behind the whole day now. I got the gym about 9 and ran 7 on the tm. Downside-I am now not feeling very productive with my day. Upside-There was some entertaining things on the tv and I got to see people I haven't seen in a while.
I ran 4 more tonight on the river trail with the baby, my hubby, and our eight year old on his bike. Admist all this we maintained a 9 minute mile average which I think is good with kids along. |
